Learn to move with rhythm, grace, and expressions. Belly dance is a fun way to exercise, stretch, and tone muscles. The classes will cover basic steps, veil work, cymbal patterns, history of the dance, and costuming. Belly dance is for any size, any age, any experience, any skill level, or anybody, including you!
Join Jenny’s Freestyle Fitness class for exercise tailored to your needs. Focus on balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, stretching, low-impact dancing and moderate cardio. Dress comfortably, wear athletic shoes and bring water. Light weights are encouraged. Be prepared to have fun while getting a nice workout.
Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional system with strong Chinese roots. This class emphasizes on flexibility, body mechanics, and self-defense techniques. Instructor Steven Goss is a 7th degree black belt with 40 years of experience and is a West Coast Representative of Okinawa Karate-Do Kyokai.
Tang Soo Do Experience the Benefits of Training in Tang Soo Do. A Traditional Korean Martial Art.
