At the December 10, 2019 City Council meeting, the Council considered sub-committee input and, recognizing the work of the GPAC had been completed in 2018 and their last meeting was held July 2018.  Future action related to the General Plan/Local Coastal Plan (GP/LCP) will be taken up by the Planning Commission and City Council.  The Council sub-committee formally dissolved the GPAC and thanked the members for their excellent work.
