The City of Morro Bay has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultant services to complete a Comprehensive Fee Study, Full Cost Allocation Plan and Optional additional Service for a Development Impact Fee Study. The City encourages all interested and qualified parties to submit a proposal for services.
