At it's December 8th meeting, the Morro Bay City Council authorized an additional $50,000 for a second round of Small Business Grant awards in wake of the COVID-19 surge. The City is funding the entire small grant program with California Senate Bill 1090 funds, which are for the express purpose of supporting economic development. Business that meet grant requirements and criteria are encouraged to complete and submit an application to citymanager@morrobayca.gov by Friday, January 1, 2021.
