The City has recently submitted a draft of the 2014-2019 Morro Bay Housing Element to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development for State review and conditional certification.
The Housing Element, one of the elements of the City's General Plan, describes the City's plan for addressing the housing needs of its residents through June 30, 2019.
