Due to the high winds associated with the storm that hit Morro Bay on Sunday, February 4, 2024, the dog park at Del Mar Park and the tennis courts at Monte Young Park will be closed temporarily. Both facilities sustained significant damages, and the Public Works Maintenance Team will focus on mitigating any hazards to the public before reopening the facilities. The dog park is expected to open by Saturday, February 24th, and the tennis courts by Saturday, April 20th.
