A revised environmental document for the Tank Demolition Project at 3300 Panorama is now available for public review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The document is a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and is being circulated for public review and comment. The revised document can be viewed at https://www.morro-bay.ca.us/DocumentCenter/View/11541. This project was previously heard by the Planning Commission on January 3, 2017 and at that time was continued to a date uncertain pending further review and environmental analysis. Since the January 3, 2017 Planning Commission hearing, the project description has undergone additional revisions and supporting technical studies have been revised. A Planning Commission hearing date has not yet been formally scheduled but is anticipated to be approximately May 2018.
