The City Council will give consideration to Activation the Morro Bay Redevelopment Agency and Initiation of Plans to begin the Formal Redevelopment Plan Adoption Process.
The Public Services Department has contracted with Urban Futures Incorporated for the purpose of conducting a Redevelopment Feasibility Study. The study evaluates areas within City boundaries which may qualify for inclusion in a redevelopment project area under the current provisions of the California Community Redevelopment Law.
This is a follow up to previous workshops on the basics of redevelopment and review of the findings and conclusions of the Redevelopment Feasibility Study for the City of Morro Bay.
