The City of Morro Bay invites members of the community to participate in a Housing Element Update workshop. Please join us to learn more about the update process, identify specific needs and opportunities, and share your insights and ideas on how the City can improve housing opportunities in the future. The Housing Element is one of the State-mandated elements of the General Plan. The Housing Element establishes goals, policies, and implementation measures to guide the development of housing in Morro Bay. Community input will be used in developing new Housing Element policies and programs and to modify existing policies.
